Eastward Travels Through Arizona
While traveling east across the US we stopped at a few places in Arizona! After leaving LA the check engine light came on in the truck. I stopped at an auto part store so they could run the test and they said all I needed was a new gas cap, so I got a new one and put it on the truck. City of Angels
After the central coast we made it to Los Angeles!! I used to live in LA so I had to skate around and stop at some skate shops. I used to skate from my work on Wilshire down to the beach in Santa Monica. Longboarding in LA is fun, but can be scary at times. It is a concrete jungle with smooth sidewalks and streets everywhere! But.. there are also a lot of people and cars and… well.. there is a lot of EVERYTHING in LA, and that can be dangerous sometimes. Journey from Humboldt to The Central Coast
Our cross country journey started on the lost coast of California, in Humboldt County. My wife and I are driving across the country and we are planning on stopping into as many skate shops as we can to see if they are interested in carrying our Lost Coast Longboarding boards and apparel. I am also going to meet as many independent longboard makers as I can. We packed up our truck with all of our stuff, in the rain of a northern California winter and headed south.
