Valmont Skatepark: Two Skateparks + Pump Track Near Boulder
The skate scene in Boulder is not only alive and well but there have even been recent upgrades. One major upgrade, and must see spot, is the nearby Valmont Skatepark and Pump Track facility. When visiting the Valmont Skatepark you are actually treated with three different skating experiences. Here you'll find two skateparks and a pump track. With such a variety of obstacles and skate features, riders of any style and skill level will find something to enjoy here.

Scott Carpenter Skatepark | Best Skatepark in Boulder
Scott Carpenter Skatepark in Boulder, Colorado is a large 21,000 sq. ft. cement skatepark paradise covered in art and graffiti. Most of this skatepark was built in 1999 by Site Design Group with an expansion by Evergreen Skateparks in 2021. This skatepark has a ton of vert transitions and some large bowls with a little bit of something for every style of skater. The large banked turns and smooth transitions make this a fun place for longboarding in a skatepark, making this (in my opinion) the best skatepark in Boulder.

Wheat Ridge Skatepark | Big Bowl and Fun Street Section
Wheat Ridge Skatepark is a fun spot to check out while in the Denver area! It's a medium sized 12,000 sq. ft. cement skatepark created by Team Pain Skateparks. This fun skatepark has something for both street and vert skaters. The skatepark in Wheat Ridge can be found about 20 minutes from downtown Denver and we found it to be way less busy than the Downtown Denver Skatepark. Bear River Skatepark in Steamboat Springs
The local skatepark in Steamboat Springs Colorado is called the Bear River Skatepark. This simple cement skatepark measures up at 9,700 sq. ft. and is made by Team Pain Skateparks. Bear River Skatepark provides a fun environment for beginners as well as advanced skaters. And the flow and transitions of the large bowl are good for longboarding in a skatepark.

Douglas County Skatepark in Gardnerville, NV
The skatepark in Gardnerville, Nevada is a large 30,000 sq ft cement skatepark with a great diversity of obstacles and features. Riders of all skill levels and riding styles can have a good time at the Douglas County Skatepark. The distant mountains make for a peaceful backdrop to the large skatepark.

Breckenridge Skatepark | Good Concrete Flow with Beautiful Scenery
The Breckenridge Skatepark is a 17,500 sq. ft. cement skatepark built by Team Pain Skateparks with a good variety of features and an incredible Rocky Mountain backdrop. This skatepark was built in 1999 and renovated in 2014, making a great medium sized skatepark for riders of all abilities. The smooth transitions and flow make this a fun place for longboarding in a skatepark.

The Kingman Skatepark is a medium sized cement skatepark with a variety of obstacles. Many of the features are geared towards street style skating but there are a few fun banked turns and a unique shaped bowl as well.

Goodyear Skatepark Near Phoenix | Fun Flow and Great Vert
The Goodyear Skatepark is an amazing 32,500 square foot concrete skatepark located about 15 miles west of Phoenix, Arizona. This skatepark has a flowy layout with great large vert and smooth transitions making this a great place for longboarding in a skatepark! Designed and built by Site Design Group and California Skateparks, this skatepark is full of great features and can be enjoyed by riders of any skill level. Edgewater Skatepark in Lakewood, Colorado is a nice, open concrete skatepark measuring in at about 12,000 square feet. Here you'll find a variety of street obstacles and some features that add to the flow.

Kremmling Skatepark | Unique Features for Longboarding
The Kremmling Skatepark is a medium sized cement skatepark measuring in at 7,000 square feet. This Grindline skatepark opened in 2007 and is located right next to the West Grand High School in Kremmling, Colorado. This skatepark has some good street obstacles as well as good vert features. I found the large bowl and vert section fun for cement surfing while longboarding in a skatepark.
