At the Morro Bay Skateboard Museum you can see how the skateboard has evolved from a simple 2x4 with metal wheels to the more modern skateboard technologies that we're used to today. The collection also includes many unique and experimental skateboard designs as well.

Humboldt Skate Lab is a cool little skate shop located in Old Town Eureka, right behind the Lost Coast Brewery. They are a cool group of guys who enjoy supporting local riders of the lost coast. Humboldt Skate Lab has a great deck wall with tons of options to choose from, they also have all the hardware and wheels to set you up with a great custom complete.
