Centennial Skatepark in Greeley, Colorado is a medium sized concrete skatepark that has some great features for both street and vert skaters. First Impressions:
When we first arrived at the Centennial Skatepark in Greeley we noticed the strange metal artistic sculpture that welcomes riders to the park. The narrow walk way can be crowded with skaters as you enter the skatepark.
Pros: Flow bowl, pool bowl, and street section.
Cons: No roll ins.

Riders Thoughts: Centennial Skatepark in Greeley
Centennial Skatepark in Greely, Colorado has a long narrow layout and the different sections of the skatepark feel pretty apparent when you’re skating around. When you first enter the skatepark by the metal sculpture (right side of picture below) you are in the street section. From there you’ll end up going down and up some ramps to the large flow bowl area. If you continue from there you’ll find the large pool bowl.
The street section has a little quarter pipe and a hump that leads towards a large box/rail stair set, and down some ramps to an open flat area.
The flow continues up a some ramps where you can find a box, a rail, and a banked turn with a small volcano box and large quarter pipe on the other side.
The flow bowl of the Centennial Skatepark is a long narrow bowl with a number of hips and banked turns. There are some smooth transitions as well as some angular transitions in this area of the park. The bowl is mostly surrounded in metal coping, but has one concrete ledge/hip. The bowl also has a large wall on the far side where you can wall ride into the bowl. The flat perimeter of this part of the skatepark has a box, a rail, and some smooth humps that lead up to the next bowl area.

The large pool bowl of the Greeley Skatepark has a rounded rectangle shape with one larger and deeper round corner. The flow, the tiles, and the concrete pool coping give this bowl a lot of character that made for a fun cement surfing experience with the longboard!
Children and adults of all skill levels can have fun here. There are some small obstacles and some larger obstacles that will challenge some riders and be a breeze for others. Centennial Skatepark also provides a good place for both street and vert skating.
