Checking Out Las Vegas Skate Parks with Lost Coast Longboarding
Whether you’re from the Las Vegas area or just passing through, there are quite a few Las Vegas skate parks worth checking out! The skate scene in Las Vegas is alive and well. You’ll find them scattered all around the large city so in each description we’ll specify which general area you can find some of our favorites. We noticed that there is a huge diversity of skate parks in the area – big, small, advanced, mellow, some geared towards street and some that have it all! As a longboarder who loves the cement surfing style of riding, I definitely appreciate the Las Vegas skate parks with good vert sections.
Read on to learn about some of our favorite Las Vegas skate parks! Note that we haven’t gotten to visit every skatepark in the area yet. So we’ll continue adding and updating this article as we visit more skateparks in Las Vegas. We want to provide you with the best information about the Las Vegas skate parks.
Checking Out Las Vegas Skate Parks
There are so many skateparks in the Las Vegas area! Below you’ll find information from our personal experience at several of the skateparks in the area.
Craig Ranch Skatepark
Craig Ranch Skatepark is a cement paradise from a skaters’ dream! Not only is it enormous but it is incredibly well designed and thought out. The diversity of obstacles and features that fill this Las Vegas skate park will appeal to every skater, regardless of style or experience level. You can find this must-see skatepark in Craig Ranch Regional Park in north Las Vegas.
There is an impressive number of bowls to choose from at Craig Ranch Skatepark of varying shapes, sizes and depths. And the street section is just as impressive. You’ll find a diversity of obstacles as well as a skate gazebo with ledges, ramps, stairs, and rails.
Hardcore Skateparks thought of everything on this build. From the diversity of bowls and the variety of street obstacles to shaded seating and even features that provide shade naturally built into the layout.

Durango Skatepark
Durango Skatepark is a medium sized skatepark that has a great flow and a nice variety of obstacles. There are a couple different bowls with tall vert that link to the large main bowl. And with rounded transitions on almost every wall, this a fun Las Vegas skate park for longboarding in a skatepark.
This skatepark also has a variety of street obstacles including boxes, ramps, stairs and a rail. Along with the various transitions, the street obstacles are incorporated into the flow of the open layout. For some fast lines and good flow, a trip to the Durango Skatepark is worthwhile.

Anthem Skatepark
Anthem Skatepark, located in Henderson, is an amazing skatepark in the Las Vegas area. This is a huge skatepark with great flow full of awesome vert. The large vert, steep walls and deep bowls make it easy to build and maintain speed.
The open layout, banked turns and smooth transitions create great flow throughout the skatepark. In addition to the great vert features there are also street skate obstacles here as well. For example, there are several boxes, ledges, stairs, and rails. There’s a little something for everyone here. Consider Anthem Skatepark a must see of the Las Vegas skate parks.

Mountain Ridge Skatepark
Mountain Ridge Skatepark is located in the far northwest corner of Las Vegas. You’ll find that this skatepark in Las Vegas is divided into two main areas. One area consisting almost entirely of the large main bowl and the other being a very large street area.
The main bowl is a large, shallow area with rounded transitions and various boxes and rails. There is also a small figure eight bowl. It’s pretty mellow and good for beginners. But the star of the show in this Las Vegas skate park is the huge street section!
In this large, separate street area you’ll find a great variety of boxes, ramps and rails, as well as half and quarter pipes. Arroyo Grande Pump Track
Enjoying the Las Vegas skate parks but interested in visiting a pump track in Las Vegas? The Arroyo Grande Sports Complex has a really nice pump track facility.
There is a paved section of the Arroyo Grande pump track that is great for skating. And there’s also a very large dirt BMX pump track too!
This is a simple pump track inside an awesome city park. There is a lot to do at the Arroyo Grande Sports Complex including a couple paved paths that are good for cruising on a longboard. Find out more about the Arroyo Grande Pump Track here.
