Trail Winds Skatepark in Thornton | Good Variety of the Classics
Trail Winds Skatepark in Thornton, Colorado is a 14,000 sq. ft. cement skatepark with a well thought out layout and great diversity of skating features. The skatepark opened in 2012 and was designed by DHM Design and Team Pain Skateparks. The transitions and layout makes this skatepark in Thornton pretty good for riding a longboard in a skatepark.

Rabbits Ear Trail | Great Views of McInnis Canyon NCA
Rabbits Ear Trail is a rewarding hike in McInnis Canyon National Conservation Area. The trail is a lollipop loop that climbs a ridge decorated in colorful wildflowers up to Rabbit Ear Mesa. Once atop the mesa, the trail becomes more level and loops around the rim granting vast views overlooking the surrounding area.

Longboarding Slocum Skatepark in Thornton | Big Flowy Layout
The skatepark in Thornton is a huge skatepark with unique features and fun flow! The original skatepark was demolished and got a new life in 2021 with a $1.5 million renovation built by Team Pain Skateparks. The new Thornton Skatepark has been renamed Thomas J. Slocum Memorial Skatepark in memorial of a local Marine killed while serving in Iraq. Trail Through Time | Fascinating Hike in McInnis Canyon NCA
Trail Through Time is an awesome interpretive hike in McInnis Canyon National Conservation Area. The vast, soft landscape and gentle trail conditions make this a very pleasant stroll. But the opportunity to see real dinosaur bones that are about 140 millions years old along the way make it a memorable experience! At only 1.4 miles this loop makes a really cool, quick stop just off I-70 or a nice little adventure while camping nearby at McInnis Canyon. The Broomfield Skatepark is a small to medium sized cement skatepark built by Team Pain Skateparks. This 12,000 sq. ft. skatepark has a simple street section and a pretty unique bowl that has a good flow that is fun for longboarding in a skatepark.

Bill Williams Mountain Lookout | Williams, AZ
Conveniently located just off I-40, hiking Bill Williams Mountain is a great opportunity to earn vast area views from the 9,256 foot summit. The hike begins at Williams District Ranger Station at about 7,000 feet and climbs steadily through the fir and aspen gaining about 2,250 feet. The trail is well maintained and is shaded for the majority of the hike. Hiking Bill Williams Mountain trail is a great way to beat the heat as the combination of shade and elevation make favorable summer hiking conditions. At the summit, enjoy views of the vast surroundings and peaks in the distance.

There is now a sick Velosolutions pump track in Las Vegas! And as we've come to expect from Velosolutions, this is definitely the best pump track in Las Vegas. And take it from me, it's a lot of fun on a longboard. This curvy asphalt circuit of humps and banked turns measures in at 14,000 square feet of longboarding bliss. You can find this gem inside the Floyd Lamb Park in the far northwest corner of the Las Vegas area.
