Must-See Boise Skatepark | Rhodes Skatepark
The Boise Skatepark (Rhodes Skatepark) is a gem of a skatepark! First of all, the size of this park is super impressive - 1.28 acres of smooth cement, about 40,000 sq ft of shreddable skatepark! Then there's the design and the impressive layout, giving the Boise Skatepark its own unique vibe. But most importantly are the many unique obstacles and sick features found all throughout this epic skatepark!

Camping Near Boise at Swan Falls
We stumbled upon Swan Falls Dam free camping when we were looking for free camping near Boise. All of the Swan Falls designated camping is tucked way down at the bottom of canyon. There are towering 700 feet cliff walls on either side of the canyon and the Snake River runs through it.

Adventure on Little Lakes Valley Trail
After spending the winter months in the desert, we were so excited to head north to the Eastern Sierras for a change in scenery! But by now we were itching to get into the mountains, to see the beautiful high elevation scenery that has been tantalizingly close but not close enough. After a few hiking attempts, we finally had success with hiking Little Lakes Valley Trail! (Although it didn't come easily!)

The Boise River Greenbelt is a 25 mile path that runs along the Boise River through Boise Idaho. The Greenbelt connects many neighborhoods and parks throughout the entire city of Boise. Longboarding the Boise River Greenbelt is great because the majority of the path is smooth cement like a sidewalk along with some sections of asphalt.

The Lone Pine Skatepark in California is a relatively small skatepark with smooth cement, banked turns, ramps and rails. This skatepark is located right behind the McDonalds in Lone Pine. It is literally so close that it seems like the skatepark is in the McDonalds parking lot… it's like the best Play Place you can imagine!

As you're travelling along an undeveloped portion of the US-395 between Ridgecrest and Lone Pine, you can't help but see the towering wall of the Sierra Nevadas to your west. But to the east there is a less obvious yet stunning geologic feature called Fossil Falls.
