Unique features are found in every corner of this skatepark which makes Memorial Skatepark a very memorable one.

Diverse and Unique Metzler Ranch Skatepark in Castle Rock, Colorado
Next up on our skatepark road trip through Colorado is Metzler Ranch Skatepark in Castle Rock, Colorado. This skatepark is a large cement skatepark with a good variety of different features. This variety provides something fun for all riding styles and abilities. I was able to find a pretty good flow for my cement surfing style of riding a longboard in a skatepark.

We were glad that we made a stop here because there are some fun transitions and great flow for longboarding at Roxborough Skatepark. This 15,000 square foot concrete skatepark has a great diversity of transitions that allow for fun, creative skateboarding lines. In this article we're going to show off the layout of Roxborough Skatepark and point out some of the cool features.

Amazing Vert at Railbender Skatepark in Parker, Colorado | Advanced Layout
Our life of adventure and longboarding led us to the Railbender Skatepark in Parker, Colorado under a brisk night sky. Skating around the 30,000 square feet of concrete skatepark kept me warm. But the locals seemed unbothered by the cold as the street and vert sections of the park maintained a solid level of traffic throughout the night. I found the large vert section of the Railbender Skatepark to be another great place for riding a longboard in the skatepark.

This huge 22,000 square foot concrete skatepark in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is called Redstone Skatepark. It is a fun skatepark for riders of all ages. There are a number of unique features in this skatepark that create a diverse environment that fits the needs of both street and vert riding styles. Large vert walls, smooth transitions, and a great flow make this a fun skatepark for riding a longboard.

Trails Skatepark in Centennial, CO | Fun, Unique and Diverse
Continuing along on our Colorado skatepark road trip, we made a stop at Trails Skatepark in Centennial, Colorado. Located about a half hour from downtown Denver, Trails Skatepark is a large cement skatepark loaded with all sorts of cool features. There are numerous transition types and a wide variety of features that makes this skatepark stand out a bit. This skatepark is a great place for riders of any skill level to have some fun and to try new things. The smooth transitions and roll in areas are great for riding a longboard in a skatepark.

William McKinley Carson Skatepark in Greenwood Village | Great Vert and Street
Greenwood Village is located about 20 minutes south of Denver and is well worth a stop. William McKinley Carson Skatepark is a 16,000 sq. ft. cement skatepark that has a diversity of great features and all sorts of transitions around the park. This skatepark is fun for riders of all skill levels because the obstacles come in a variety of shapes and sizes. I found the flow, smooth transitions, and the large scale vert to be great for longboarding in this skatepark.

Wheel Park Skatepark in Aurora | Great Features for Everyone
Wheel Park Skatepark in Aurora, Colorado is an amazing 20,000 sq. ft. cement skatepark with a ton of really good skate features. The park was designed by SITE Design Group, Inc. who created a park that is great for athletes of any age or any skill level. And it's a great skatepark for anyone looking to improve any aspects of their abilities. I really enjoyed the transitions of the Wheel Skatepark. The flow of the entire park is a lot of fun for my cement surfing style of riding a longboard in a skatepark.

Pioneer Skatepark in Commerce City | Bowl and Great Street Plaza
Pioneer Skatepark is a really nice 16,900 square foot concrete skatepark in Commerce City, Colorado. This SITE Design Group creation provides a great diversity of concrete obstacles in a street plaza environment. In addition to the street oriented features, there is a interesting bowl with its own unique characteristics. The size of the features here make this a pretty approachable skatepark for riders of any age or skill level. The flow and layout of Pioneer Skatepark are not great for my cement surfing style of longboarding in a skatepark. But street skaters will really enjoy this park.
