With so much to see in Saint George, we decided to check out Chuckwalla Park and some of the trail nearby. This area has gorgeous scenery, awesome rock climbing opportunities and smooth paved paths perfect for longboarding!

A Walk Among Bristlecone Pines
From a turn off on the UT-14 there is a short mellow trail that leads to a wooden observation deck. Here you are surrounded by majestic Bristlecone Pines and are also granted a terrific view into a canyon and beyond.

Saint George is full of great longboarding opportunities! There are numerous scenic paved paths, a really nice skatepark and smooth, hill neighborhoods like this one!

Ashdown Gorge Adventure
Ashdown Gorge is an exciting adventure at the bottom of a beautiful gorge! There are steep rock walls on both sides as you criss cross the water back and forth. There are some awesome features to explore along the way!

Sk8 George Skatepark in Utah
After our great longboarding experience in Cedar City on the Coal Creek Trail, we were excited to check out the skate scene and trail system in Saint George. Follow us as we check out a portion of the Santa Clara River Trail and then the Sk8 George Skatepark!

Exploring Red Hollow Trail
Red Hollow Trail begins in a beautiful red rock canyon with contrasting green conifers dispersed throughout. As soon as you get up and out of the parking area, look back across the street and the backdrop is already breathtaking!

Longboarding Coal Creek | Cedar City Path and Skatepark
Cedar City also has a nice paved path that runs the entire length of the city that passes several parks and leads to a skatepark so naturally, longboarding Coal Creek Trail was a must do.

Exploring Ding and Dang Canyons
Ding and Dang Canyon is an adventurous nine mile lollipop that enters one narrow canyon before exiting and following the next canyon back to the same turn off. We couldn't wait to see the geology, narrow slot sections and obstacles this trail had to offer!

Longboarding Moab Canyon Trail
While we were in the Moab area we decided to longboard one of the many paved paths in the area. The Moab Canyon Trail led us on a smooth path through the areas scenic red rock canyons.

Exploring Rio Grande Del Norte National Monument
With an abundance of hikes and even more spectacular views, the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument is definitely worth experiencing. It’s a beautiful area with lots to see and do for free or for a small fee! And it was not crowded like many places tend to be.
