Skatepark in Logandale, NV | Grant M Bowler Park

We were surprised to find a skatepark in Logandale, Nevada! Logandale is a small town near the incredible Logandale Trails about an hour from Las Vegas. The skatepark is located in the Grant M Bowler Park where you’ll find a playground, tennis court, picnic tables and a large grassy field. The skatepark in Logandale is a really small, modular style skatepark consisting of several ramps, boxes and a rail situated on an old fenced in tennis court. Although the skatepark isn’t great for longboarding it’s nice to have something to skate in the area!

First Impression: Logandale Skatepark

Very small and simple skatepark but finding a skatepark in Logandale is already more than we were expecting!

Pros:
This is a good spot for small kids and beginners to play on some skateboard ramps. And there’s a small half pipe.

Cons:
The compact layout makes turns too tight and obstacles too steep for riding a longboard in the skatepark.

Riders Thoughts:

Having the Logandale Skatepark is better than not having any skatepark. These modular ramps set on top of the old tennis court provide the small desert town residents a small spot to thrash.

Riders will experience straight ramps and curved ramps with a variety of steepness and heights. The box has a small ramp and metal ledges, and the rail transitions between two different heights.

The half pipe is pretty wide and about 3 feet tall on both sides with hand railings. This half pipe provides an ideal height and steepness for learning how to drop in.

Overall, this little skatepark doesn’t have much but it’s better than nothing! And the rest of the amenities of the park can still make for a fun day at the park.
