Longboarding Dillon Reservoir Rec Path is a great opportunity to take the board out and cruise through some beautiful Colorado scenery! Conveniently located across from the incredible Frisco Skatepark, this paved path provides great views of the blue sparkling Dillon Reservoir with the towering mountains in the distance. Following the shoreline provides some exceptional glimpses of the cool coves and islands in the reservoir.

The Ridgecrest Skatepark is relatively small with smooth cement. Although the skatepark is small, there are a lot of obstacles to explore as well as lines to be found for cruising around and surfing the banked turns.

Longboarding the Wetlands Loop Trail
Some people hit the jackpot on the strip in Las Vegas but we hit the jackpot by finding a lot of fun things to do off the strip in the Las Vegas area! In fact, this area has some great scenery nearby as well as exciting hikes and even hot springs. We also enjoyed the skate parks and the pump track in the area. But as far as longboarding goes, the Wetlands Loop Trail is amazing! Not just by things to do in the Las Vegas area standards but from all of our longboarding adventures this one was a lot of fun!

Lehigh Rails to Trails
Lehigh Rails to Trails is a nice paved trail on what was formerly a railroad corridor. It's a nice non-motorized trail that connects Bunner, Flagler Beach and Palm Coast but we just loved that it was a pretty, tree lined, smooth asphalt path. And it passes through the Graham Swamp Conservation Area allowing for great views of the wetlands and the chance to spot wildlife!

Prairie Creek Preserve
Prairie Creek Preserve Path is a segment of the larger Gainesville-Hawthorne State Trail. Longboarding this tree lined trail was scenic and smooth! And we even got to see some wildlife.
