It is located in the Sawatch Range and it is also the second highest peak in the contiguous United States - just 63 feet short of Mount Whitney. This hike is suprisingly accessible and non-technical with amazing views and a great sense of accomplishment!

Longboarding Yaqui Pass
The largest hill that I skated in Anza Borrego State Park was on the S-3 near Yaqui Pass Campground. The S-3 road is also called Yaqui Pass Road. This road probably has the largest hill in the park and from the pass you can head north downhill or south downhill.

Exploring Quartz Vein Wash
Quartz Vein Wash is a fun turn out in Anza Borrego to explore. There are some steep and narrow canyon sections with fun obstacles. And we also had a cool encounter with wildlife!

Hiking Hellhole Canyon
We had a blast hiking to Hellhole Canyon. The wash was both sandy and rocky as we got closer and closer to the towering red rock walls of the canyon!

Longboarding Coal Creek | Cedar City Path and Skatepark
Cedar City also has a nice paved path that runs the entire length of the city that passes several parks and leads to a skatepark so naturally, longboarding Coal Creek Trail was a must do.

We found adventure, solitude and three gorgeous lakes in the Russian WIlderness! To keep it exciting, this hike requires some route finding as well as an opportunity to climb up a granite ridge to see what's on the other side!
